La Petit Academy

In April we received a special donation from students at La Petit Academy! Thank you to the amazing kids, families, and teachers for participating in a food drive for the Samaritan Center! It's inspiring to see such young hearts making a big impact! 

A teacher at La Petit wrote "During our special week called Week of the Young Child. The children learned about kindness. Throughout the week we had so many fun activities, but the most of all was our canned food drive which was held Friday, April 18th. The children have the opportunity to go through their pantry finding food to donate to those in need. The children wrote down the number of cans they brought in and that's how many times they walked around the bike trail during the walkathon. A big thank you to the Simi Valley Samaritan Center for receiving our donations."
