At the November 6th Simi Valley City Council Meeting, Mayor Thomas made a proclamation declaring the week of November 11 through 18, 2023 as Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week in Simi Valley. Annika Sumby, our Executive Director, was in attendance to receive the proclamation from the Mayor.
The Samaritan Center would like to thank Mayor Thomas and the City Council for their continued support of the Samarian Center where our mission is to offer Simi Valley residents experiencing housing and food insecurities supportive services essential to human dignity.
